Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Consultant to join a prestigious hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ENT and be committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and myringotomy.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.
  
  

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.

• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of ENT and attend relevant conferences and workshops as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, including residents and medical students.
  
  

Requirements

• A medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in the field of ENT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ENT consultant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong dedication to high-quality patient care.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be eligible to obtain a medical license in Dubai.
• Experience working in the Middle East is preferred but not required.
