We are seeking an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery to join a leading eye care institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in laser vision correction and refractive procedures, with a strong commitment to precision, safety, and patient satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery to join a leading eye care institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in laser vision correction and refractive procedures, with a strong commitment to precision, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of refractive procedures including LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and phakic IOL implantation.
- Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative follow-up for refractive patients.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., corneal topography, wavefront analysis) to guide treatment planning.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other ophthalmic subspecialists for integrated care.
- Maintain high standards of surgical outcomes and patient education.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training or substantial experience in Refractive Surgery
- Minimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience in refractive procedures
- UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent certification preferred
- DHA eligibility or licensure preferred
- Proven track record in refractive surgical outcomes
- Familiarity with latest laser platforms and technologies
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Commitment to innovation and continuous learning
