We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Dentist to join a leading dental practice in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in delivering preventive and therapeutic dental care to children, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience for young patients and their families.

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Dentist to join a leading dental practice in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in delivering preventive and therapeutic dental care to children, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience for young patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral assessments and diagnose dental conditions in pediatric patients
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Perform restorative, preventive, and emergency dental procedures
- Administer fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive care
- Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices and dietary habits
- Monitor dental growth and development, including early orthodontic evaluations
- Collaborate with pediatricians, orthodontists, and other specialists for holistic care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DOH standards
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through CME and training
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
- Completion of an accredited residency in Pediatric Dentistry
- Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry (e.g., American Board, Arab Board, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in pediatric dental care
- DOH license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of child psychology and behavior management techniques
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Experience in sedation dentistry and managing dental anxiety in children
- Familiarity with digital imaging and EMR systems
- Ability to create a welcoming, child-friendly clinical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with families
