Position

Christian Dior Couture Middle East is looking for Internal control and risk analyst to support the regional finance department in strengthening the internal control framework and ensuring compliance with group governance standards across retail and corporate processes in addition to coordinating different risk management functions.

The position is offered as part of VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise or International Corporate Volunteering offered for young people from the European Economic Area (EEA) for a one or two-year mission)

This position is a direct report to the Zone Cash & Risk Manager.

Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

As Internal control and risk analyst, you’ll coordinate the enhancement of the Internal Control & Risk Management framework across the zone. This includes:

  • Support and assist departments implementing and monitoring the Group’s internal control Framework.
  • Conduct process reviews across retail and corporate functions to assess control design and operational effectiveness
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal control testing campaigns and annual self-assessment
  • Coordinate with different department to ensure that proposed corrective actions are correctly implemented and tracked.
  • Coordinate on various risk assessments and compliance reporting in addition to mitigation processes.
  • Coordinate insurance-related matters including policy renewals and claims follow-up.
  • Provide analytical support for audits, internal reviews and regional projects aimed at process optimization.

Profile

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Master’ degree in Finance or Audit, a CIA or CPA diploma will be a plus
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in an Internal Audit or Internal Control or risk management function in a multinational and large-scale company.
