Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
• Prescribe and adjust medication doses as needed
• Monitor patients' progress and make changes to treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in training and development opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Specialization in Psychiatry with at least 5 years of experience post-qualification
• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle complex cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent bedside manner and empathetic attitude
• Must be western-trained
