Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Monitor and respond to engagement across all platforms, report on performance metrics, and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Content Creation & Video Production: Shoot, edit, and design both static and video content (including reels, edited videos, promotional material, infographics, event clips, etc) that highlight language courses, student testimonials, and special offers.
• Editing & Content Repurposing: Handle light videography on iPhone (shooting, editing, producing content for social media, email campaigns, and WhatsApp). Repurpose content across platforms (social media, email, WhatsApp)
• Collaboration & Marketing Support: Collaborate on event-related content and promotional materials, assist with event logistics, assist with updating the centre’s website content and ensure visual consistency across all online platforms.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Thinking, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator and/or social media coordinator.
• Proficiency & experience in the creation of in-house static and video content on platforms like Canva, PicMonkey, Animoto, Biteable, etc. (Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus)
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
• Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
• Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the education or language training sector is a plus.
