Key Responsibilities

• Develop, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and viral moments—integrate them into timely, relevant content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve content strategy.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure regular, consistent posting.
• Write engaging captions and copy that reflect our brand voice.
• Engage with followers and the broader social community as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for social media (a portfolio or social handles are a must).
• Strong skills in video editing, design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience with shooting content (videography and photography)
• Deep understanding of how different platforms work and what content performs best on each.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• A passion for storytelling, culture, and community building.
• Must have UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
  
  

Nice to Have

• On-camera presence or willingness to appear in content.
• Photography skills or creative direction experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic is essential, plus a good standard of English.
