Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Intern to join our Contract Management team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining contractual documents (NDAs, supplier/customer contracts, service agreements).
• Support the monitoring of compliance with internal policies, UAE legal frameworks, and business objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on contractual risks and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, project management, and supply chain teams.
• Support reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives in contract management tools and workflows.
