T.EN Workforce Solutions (TWS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Technip Energies USA. Established in 2024 to serve as the in-house agency supporting the T.EN X business line with highly skilled PMC personnel, and where appropriate, also serve the remaining Technip Energies business lines within the broader U.S. market. Our focus includes fixed-term project staff, temporary supplemental personnel, W2 consultants, and subject matter experts on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Description – Contracts Manager (PMC – Gas Project)

Position Title: Contracts Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi – T.EN office

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Role Summary:

The contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual and commercial matters for the Gas project under the PMC framework. The role requires solid expertise in Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) Contracts, covering all stages from preparation, tendering, contract award, through execution and close out, ensuring contractual compliance and protecting the client’s interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the contract management function for the PMC team which means the tendering phase (Q&A database).
  • Review and redraft EPC/LSTK contracts, subcontracts, and amendments in compliance with client and project requirements.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: preparation, tendering, evaluation, award, execution and closer out.
  • Ensure EPC Contractor’s compliance with contractual obligations, scope, schedule, and commercial terms.
  • Support tendering strategy, bid evaluations, and recommendation reports.
  • Provide guidance on contractual risks, liabilities, and mitigation measures.
  • Interface with Project Controls for cost and schedule impacts of contractual changes and we all other PMC Managers .
  • Prepare regular reports on contractual status, risks, and issues.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, engineering, quantity surveying or related fields.
  • 20 years’ experience in contracts management, with at least 10 years as a contracts manager on large scale gas and oil EPC and PMC projects.
  • Proven track record in LSTK contracts and other types of contractual arrangements related to – Preparation, tendering, award, execution, and close-out.
  • Knowledge of International contracting standards (FIDIC) and proven experience with Saudi Aramco and Kuwait LSTK Contracts
  • Experience in handling claims, disputes, and arbitration.
  • Excellent drafting, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Middle east gas projects highly desirable
