Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide professional and courteous secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the efficient functioning of the department or team.
- Maintain and update relevant databases, coordinating information and sharing it with team members as necessary.
- Track and monitor purchase requisitions and manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available to support the department's operations.
- Handle logistics for business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing necessary materials for team members.
- Coordinate contract management processes, ensuring that signed contracts are recorded accurately and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Support colleagues across departments to ensure operational and customer service objectives are met, while fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- 3 - 5 years of administration experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Strong understanding of core hotelier operations.
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Management.
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail.
