- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control procedures for all projects.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to established cost control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, including budget, actual costs, and variance analysis.
- Analyze project costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Communicate project cost status and any issues or concerns to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project costs are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and approve project invoices and change orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective cost control.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting processes to ensure that project costs are accurately estimated.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
