• A social-first thinker with 7+ years in creative, including 2+ leading teams in agency environments.
• A mentor and builder of strong, collaborative creative cultures.
• A storyteller with sharp instincts, deep platform fluency (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.), and a bias toward bold, breakthrough ideas.
• Obsessed with what’s next, from cultural trends to emerging tech like AI, AR, and whatever comes after X.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead Creative Vision: Own and elevate the creative direction across clients and channels. Make world-class work that moves culture and numbers.
• Inspire & Grow Teams: Build and nurture a multidisciplinary creative crew. Mentor talent, foster growth, and scale a team that punches above its weight.
• Drive Strategy & Output: Turn insights into scroll-stopping campaigns. Align creative with brand goals, and ensure high-quality execution from pitch to post.
• Be the Client Whisperer: Build trust and sell big ideas with clarity and conviction.
• Champion Innovation: Bring fresh thinking to the table, lead new biz pitches, and keep Tactical on the frontlines of what's next.
