We are now expanding our footprint in the GCC — and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can help us scale with precision, passion, and purpose.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join our Dubai office.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee the daily operations of our regional team, lead process optimization, and ensure seamless delivery across all stages — from design and planning to production, installation, and after-sales.

You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations across the GCC, fostering team growth, and maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism that define MUTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of our Dubai-based team (currently 23 talented individuals).
• Manage full project lifecycles — from design development and planning through production, logistics, installation, and aftercare.
• Oversee timelines, quality control, and budget tracking across multiple projects.
• Implement and refine operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and team spirit.
• Support strategic expansion plans across other GCC countries.
• Identify and implement tools and systems that improve workflow, reporting, and communication.

Who We’re Looking For

• Background: 5–8 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles within fit-out, design, engineering, or construction industries.
• Profile: Likely a former Project Manager or Engineer ready to take the next step into a broader leadership position.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Business Administration (advanced certifications are a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Hands-on understanding of design, production, and installation processes.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in acoustics, design, and process innovation.
• Mindset: Proactive, structured, and motivated to grow with a scaling, European-led company expanding across the Middle East.
