Synopsis
The purpose of this role is to ensure all corporate photography, including executive requests, recruitment campaigns, staff communications, and event coverage, aligns seamlessly with Etihad Airways' master brand identity. The Corporate Photographer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture and produce high-quality images that reflect the organization's values, enhance its corporate image, and support strategic communications initiatives across internal and external platforms.

From its home in Abu Dhabi, Etihad flies to passenger and cargo destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. In recent years, Etihad has received numerous awards for its superior service and products, cargo offering, loyalty programme and more. All this ties into Etihad’s ambitious Journey 2030 strategy. The Corporate Photographer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture and produce high-quality images that reflect the organization's values, enhance its corporate image, and support strategic communications initiatives across internal and external platforms.
Accountabilities
- Corporate Photography: Ensure all corporate photography for executives, recruitment campaigns, staff communications, and event coverage aligns with the master brand identity.
- Art Direction: Collaborate with Creative Director and stakeholders to develop visual concepts and storyboards for corporate photography projects.
- Image Production: Manage the entire process of corporate image production, including photoshoots, editing, and archival.
- Image Library Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive image library that supports corporate communications and brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, HR teams, and event organizers, to capture on-brand images that align with corporate objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of photography quality and ensure all images adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity.
- Equipment and Technology: Utilize professional photography equipment and software to produce high-quality images for corporate use.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in executive portraits, event coverage, and corporate campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in photography techniques, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency in all photographic work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of corporate photography projects and styles.
- Knowledge of airline industry is advantageous.
