The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative theory, and multi-channel campaign development. You will contribute to the creative vision across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative conceptualization and execution for marketing collateral across digital, print, social media, and website.
- Develop storyboards for digital and illustrative videos.
- Create animations, illustrations, and motion graphics with a hands-on approach.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into persuasive, visually compelling concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, Videographer, Digital Marketing expert and other departments to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in creative direction, animation, and graphic design within an advertising agency, creative studio, or luxury hospitality brand.
- Proven experience designing marketing collateral and campaigns for luxury brands across various media.
- Experience in video and photo editing.
Proficient in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Video and photo editing software
- Knowledge of 3D animation, modeling, and rendering is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Emotional intelligence and a collaborative team player.
- Commitment to quality and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
