Essential Job Functions
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties:
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping inside building over an assigned area such as cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms, vacuuming and disinfecting floors, washing windows, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans.
- Assist with maintaining outside cleanliness of grounds by picking up litter/trash, emptying trash containers, hosing down ramps/patios, clearing pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, and drives.
- Assist guests with directions or questions and provide excellent Guest Service.
- Clean up after special events.
- Run light machinery for designated area like floor scrubbers or floor waxing machines or minor building repairs.
- Perform minor maintenance duties as needed.
