Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow call centre procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
