Customer Service Executive Opportunity
We're looking for a customer-focused professional to be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring seamless client interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer communications (calls, emails, live chat)
Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently
Maintain CRM records (Zendesk/Salesforce) with 100% accuracy
Process orders, returns, and service requests
Gather and report customer feedback to relevant teams
Achieve KPIs for response time and satisfaction ratings
Upsell additional services/products when appropriate
Requirements
Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)

- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Basic troubleshooting skills Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written)
- Patience and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English + Arabic (preferred)
