We’re Hiring – Customer Service Executive | Dubai

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with proven experience in real estate development, who is passionate about excellence, communication, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and after-sales support with professionalism.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams for seamless service.

• Handle documentation, contracts, and property handovers efficiently.

• Maintain accurate client records through CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service within a real estate developer in the UAE.

Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

Organized, polished, and customer-focused professional attitude.
