Job Description

  • Preparation and execution of the Logistic Administrative process to meet deadlines. Processing of Inbound/Outbound jobs and Truck documents.
  • Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports (GRN / Dispatch/Transportation).
  • Ensure that a high-quality service is provided to the client within the defined standards and company interest is not compromised at any time.
  • Coordinate other internal departments on the status of containers planning / ASN issues / Order issues / IT issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Exhibit confidence of client and support continuity of business as the client’s key administrative contact. Send performance reports to client in a timely manner.
  • Consult with team members to ensure KPI targets and stated performance and quality standards are achieved. Maintain and submit KPI reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and Manual procedures respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, always giving consideration to the safety of everyone. This role has the responsibility and authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions that may result in an undesirable HSSE event
  • Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and provide every possibility of learning to all team members by ensuring all training programs are fulfilled.
