Job Summary

IIQAF is seeking an organized and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be required to enter data into our software systems accurately and in a timely manner. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for data entry and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

– Enter data into our IIQAF software systems accurately and on a timely basis

– Enter customer orders and information into our databases

– Process, verify, and update customer orders

– Follow processes and procedures necessary for data entry

– Ensure accuracy of all data entry

– Complete duplicate checks for entered data

– Follow directives from the Data Entry Lead

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a data entry operator

– Knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn new software

– Fast and accurate typing skills

– Excellent attention to detail

– Highly organized and proactive

– Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
