Debt Collector

Job Description

• Collect basic information about customers who have not paid their debts on time, call them and get their commitment to pay their debts. Follow up until the customer completes the debt repayment process.
• Carry out debt collection directly on site for customers who cannot be reached by phone.
• Manage debt settlement records within the scope of assigned work.
• Periodic and ad hoc reports as required by management.
• Participate in regular meetings to plan work, operate and review work performance within the team.

Job Experience

• High school graduate or higher.
• Priority is given to those with THN experience or experience in finance, banking, sales, telesales, appraisal, etc.
• Candidates without experience will be trained in skills and professional expertise during the working process.
• Have communication, negotiation and bargaining skills. Clear and decisive voice.
• Ability to work under high pressure. Flexible handling of situations.
• Good health, hard working.
