Coordinator

Job Description

• contribute with work corresponding to the importance / entrusted operational part of the depot to the timely and error-free transport of all shipments
• ensure written, electronic and telephone internal and external communication on operational matters with customers, drivers and cooperating organizational departments of the company
• communicate with other departments in the system, with customer service, complaints department and participate in handling requests and complaints
• be responsible for personally submitting and receiving shipments at the collection point
• work with the company’s information systems, cooperate with couriers and carriers and communicate with them on matters of collection and delivery
• organize and control the unloading and loading process and be responsible for its smooth operation, guide warehouse workers and perform other operational tasks assigned by superiors.
