What You'll Be Doing

An exciting and challenging opportunity has come up for a Design Manager to be part of the PROJECTS department (in one of our own concept Brands-FACES).

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the creation of our brand image and guarantee the quality of our new stores design.

The Design Manager will support on the design, production and installation of our different size projects.

• Lead the concept design and architectural rollout of FACES, WOW, and other own concepts across the network, aligning with market requirements, allocated budgets, and timelines.
• Develop the 3YP rollout strategy and support franchise markets with expansion plans and project documentation.
• Lead the design and production of smaller-format concepts, podiums, visual merchandising and PLV.
• Attend on-site inspections for ongoing projects, including contruction sites and supplier factory visits, to ensure quality and adherence to designs.
• Supervise a team of 3 professionals, establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering professional development to ensure consistent delivery and excellence across all projects.
• Handling 3D and 2D designs of different elements for architectural projects.
• Supervise the creation development of schematic & technical drawings of the assigned projects and tasks.
• Design and supervision of current projects in managed countries with focus in KSA region (Jeddah).
• Project Management Coordination with brands, internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience Preference: : Design and project management experience preferably in Beauty or Retail sectors.
• Degree: Architect or interior design background
• Certifications/Skills:
• Autocad 2D (Advanced)
• 3D Sketchup
• Indesign / Photoshop
• Required Soft Skills:
• High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
