The Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and commercially minded Digital Campaign & Product Delivery Specialist to join our Campaign Optimisation & Product Development team. You’ll manage multi-channel digital campaigns in Google Ad Manager, coordinate delivery through our GMS marketing platform, and contribute to the evolution of our commercial tools using SQL and WordPress.

This role blends ad operations, campaign management, and product development — ideal for someone who loves both data and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, traffic, and optimise display and video campaigns in Google Ad Manager.
  • Set up client assets including dashboards, microsites, and targeting data.
  • Run daily SQL / BigQuery reports to analyse campaign performance and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with Development and Customer Success to improve workflows and tooling.
  • Maintain and update client-facing content through WordPress (multisite).
  • Deliver accurate reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Help shape scalable, repeatable solutions that drive campaign efficiency and revenue growth. Provide support to our sales agent – MarkLines - in contacting and meeting with clients and prospects in Japan and internal business development team (if needed)
  • Speak at GD and other industry conferences

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital ad operations, campaign delivery, or product coordination.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager, SQL (BigQuery), and WordPress (multisite).
  • Advanced Excel skills; confident interpreting and presenting performance data.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to liaise across marketing, dev, and client teams.
  • Passion for technology, automation, and using data to improve results.
