Position Purpose
Sephora University is our unique and inspiring Retail training team. It plays an essential role in our retail success, as the team is dedicated to support the development, learning and growth of all our Retail employees. The Sephora University trainers are based in Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh, where we have our training facilities. Sephora University works collaboratively with several departments, to ensure business support and align the training provided. The main responsibility of this role is to support with e-learning content creation, filming and editing videos and management of the Sephora learning App. This role is reporting to the Digital Learning Specialist. The role is based in Sephora University, located in City Walk and could require to visit the Sephora Head Office, based in Dubai Design District.

Content creation & training support

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Content creation & training support
- Contributes to e-learning content creation by designing visuals, editing and creating e- and v-learning materials.
- Supports video production by coordinating, assisting in filming during training events and editing the final videos.
- Supports the creation and/or design update of presentations and infographics.
- Collaborates with the Sephora University team on the creation of learning activities to be used for in-person and digital training.
- Provides on-ground support during training days and internal corporate events, including setup, logistics coordination, and capturing learning highlights for digital use.
- Supports the management of the content on the Sephora learning App, including uploading and organizing e-modules, videos, and quizzes while maintaining data accuracy.
- Compiles and manages monthly e-learning reports, including participation, completion, and engagement metrics.
- Assists in administrative and technical tasks related to the Sephora learning App, ensuring seamless access for all users.
- You have a passion for people and the beauty industry.
- You have good communication skills and willingness to learn through assigned tasks and feedback.
- You have digital & content creation skills, using CANVA, Adobe Premiere and CapCut.
- You are a go-getter, highly motivated and are enthusiastic about your job.
- You are comfortable using MS Office skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage data and handle with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
