Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth IT functionality across all departments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and internal systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues related to email, applications, system access, and connectivity.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and service-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
• Support employees with remote access and company software usage.
• Ensure all IT operations follow company security policies and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
