As the Digital Learning Specialist, you will design digital solutions that meet the need of the employee of the future.

In This Role, You Will

• Conceptualise, develop, and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to fully understand business requirements.
• Work closely with other Learning and Talent teams to enable their solutions through digital innovation.
• Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
• Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with the digital strategy.
• Leverage subject matter experts across the Group to ensure high-quality digital learning content.
• Liaise with the broader Digital Experience Team, IT, and partner providers to ensure accessibility and smooth operation of digital learning solutions.
• Engage with vendors and partner providers to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning and development tools aligned with business needs.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and continuously scan the digital learning landscape for emerging tools and techniques.
• Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with a variety of Learning Management Systems and related technologies
• Progressive experience in a digital learning role
