About The Opportunity

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager for EUR-MEA-APAC regions will partner closely with

digital and content marketers worldwide to drive digital regional strategy and execution for paid

programs (ABM, social, content marketing, communications, etc.), organic, and digital content specific to the markets to drive awareness and pipeline growth. In this role, you will own the EUR-MEA-APAC social channels and drive content creation for the three regions to up level awareness and thought leadership positioning, with a goal towards driving increased and accelerated pipeline.

Where you will make an impact

  • Create and maintain a yearly content and digital/social media marketing plan for each region

(EUR, MEA, & APAC)

  • Analyze marketing needs and opportunities based on current performance, anticipated sales,

and desired outcomes

  • Manage the regional range of paid digital programs including social (primary), search, social,

display/retargeting, content syndication, webinars, emails, PR, etc. to optimize spend within and

across channels.

  • Partner with Solutions Marketing and Brand to ensure digital campaigns are targeted to

our EUR-MEA-APAC campaigns and key personas and aligned to our messaging

  • Work with the web team to build and maintain regional microsites
  • Create Arabic content needed to support ME digital campaigns and tactics.
  • Optimize campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates and work with Analytics/BI

to effectively measure and report on EUR-MEA-APAC inbound traffic.

  • Support Channel Partner initiatives to ensure a consistency in content across regions

What Will You Bring

  • 3-4 years in marketing - B2B, high tech/SaaS or higher ed preferred
  • English and Arabic proficiency is required.
  • Strong knowledge on content creation and experience in developing and executing regional

digital marketing plans; experience within the MEA, Europe and APAC regions

  • Ability to forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of regional demand programs in

terms of KPIs aligned to sales models

  • Excellent program management, calendar timeline, and budget management experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce, 6sense, Sprout and team project management tools such as

Monday.com desirable

  • Record of operational improvements that enabled scale and increased stakeholder satisfaction 125%
