Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage social media presence, create content, and engage audiences.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.
- Create and optimize digital content (e.g., blog posts, videos).
- Manage paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Monitor and report on website analytics and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product).
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
