We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Director of Revenue Optimization to be based in our regional office in Dubai. This role is dedicated to supporting hotels across the region, focusing on destination-specific revenue management rather than overarching regional strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pricing, forecasting, and inventory management, ensuring optimal revenue performance across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, hands-on revenue management support to hotels in need of strategic guidance.
  • Optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to drive RevPAR and profitability.
  • Conduct detailed performance analysis, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Work closely with hotel-based revenue teams, providing coaching and best practices to enhance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with commercial leaders, sales, and digital teams to align revenue strategies with market demand.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and demand fluctuations to adjust pricing strategies dynamically.
  • Develop and refine online distribution strategies, ensuring optimal performance across various digital channels, OTAs, bedbanks, and direct booking platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital distribution, leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance revenue opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in PMS, RMS, and distribution systems, with hands-on experience in revenue optimization tools.
  • Deep understanding of the online distribution landscape, including OTA partnerships, bedbanks, rate parity, and digital direct strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple hotels across different markets, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide hotel leadership teams.
  • Experience working within complex, dynamic markets across the Middle East, Europe, India, and beyond.
