The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consists of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provides document control and admin support across smaller project teams.
• Organises meetings and presentations, including logistics, materials, and refreshments.
• Supports commercial team with contract and bid documentation.
• Manages office supplies and PPE, ensuring compliance with H&S standards.
• Maintains SharePoint and Aconex systems, including user access and permissions.
• Quality checks all incoming documents, ensuring alignment with standard procedures.
• Creates and updates distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintains project work package matrix and generates system reports as needed.
• Monitors key processes like RFI workflows, ensuring procedural compliance.
• Supports net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing carbon impacts in delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• SMSTS and CSCS card.
• Degree qualification in relevant field.
