We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at our site/office location.
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in this role.

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company documents, both physical and electronic
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all documents
- Create and maintain document control procedures and policies
- Work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate document flow
- Organize and maintain document filing systems
- Retrieve and distribute documents as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all documents
- Continuously improve document management processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and policies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi
