We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store operations. This role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing the online customer experience, and implementing digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

- E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and update product listings, content, and promotional materials on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all online channels.
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with logistics, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on conversions and revenue growth.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital marketing strategies.
