Job Brief:

Our client in the food services industry is looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to expand and optimize online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience and be capable of driving business growth through effective e-commerce strategies, platform management, and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand e-commerce business by acquiring new customers and exploring new platforms in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage and optimize listings on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, and Kibsons.
• Build and execute a marketing calendar on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Business Development Managers for contract creation, promotions, and business reviews.
• Create development and marketing plans for each e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and stock availability.
• Ensure pricing, product content, and images are accurate, updated, and SEO-friendly.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve the digital customer experience.
• Liaise with the finance team for marketing and related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department managers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce within FMCG (distribution company).
• University degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and operational logic of e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
