Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5+ years in the UAE/GCC to design, implement, and maintain electrical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with DEWA, ADDC, and international standards (IEC, NEC) while optimizing power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review electrical schematics using ETAP, AutoCAD, or Revit MEP.
Oversee LV/MV systems, substations, and renewable energy integration.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM) and safety codes.
Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and optimize energy efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in [construction, MEP, power plants, etc.].
Proficiency in ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD Electrical, or Revit MEP.
Expertise in power distribution, lighting design, or solar PV systems.
Knowledge of UAE regulations (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Civil Defense).
PE/Chartered Engineer certification (a plus).
Strong project management and communication skills.
