  • Meeting Customers for site survey and Diversey requirements.
  • Aligning with customer on the installation plans and schedule.
  • Preparing all tools and local materials required for the installations.
  • Making sure all utilities requirements have been provided and met by the customers.
  • Installation of all Diversey Dosing unit and making all safety standards are followed.
  • Making sure all Safety and PPE requirement are followed all times.
  • Reading technical manuals and diagrams, liaising with machine supplier during testing and commissioning of new machine and dosing installation.
  • Running test of dosing equipment and calibration together with TCS Application Team.
  • Communication to customers site engineers and operation supervisors during every visits.
  • Providing reports to customers every visits.
  • Attending all breakdown call within the day.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of all Diversey Dosing units and identifying washer signals.
  • Attending 24hr hotline number for big Commercial Laundry customers breakdowns and technical requirements.
  • Conducting PMS to all Diversey dosing equipment and providing pms reports to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining enough spare parts Van Stock and replenish if required.
  • Proving spare parts requirement to Team Leads to replenish.
  • Attending technical and safety training workshop for enhancement or refresher.
  • Responsible for removal of old laundry dosing unit for refurbishment or phasing out if obsolete.
  • Giving recommendation to Sales Team regarding Diversey equipment requirement and sku
