As an Electrician, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. You should collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure efficient and reliable operation of electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior electricians or apprentices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address electrical-related needs.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
