Job Summary:
Responsible for electrical and plumbing maintenance of residential and commercial buildings, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Responsible for electrical and plumbing maintenance of residential and commercial buildings, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain electrical systems (lighting, DBs, wiring, etc.).
- Install and fix plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, water heaters, fixtures).
- Handle emergency maintenance requests.
- Follow safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain tools and daily work reports.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing.
- 3+ years of real estate or facility maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of UAE building systems preferred.
- Basic English communication.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
