Be the Booking Guru: Manage reservations like a pro, ensuring every guest feels special from their very first inquiry.
Anticipate Their Every Wish: Customize reservations to fit each guest’s unique preferences, making them feel like VIPs before they even arrive.
Keep It Cool Under Pressure: Handle last-minute changes, requests, and cancellations like the calm, collected rockstar you are.
Be the Walking Encyclopedia of Rooms: Stay up-to-date with room details, promotions, and special packages so you can always offer the perfect solution.
Be a Communications Superstar: Work closely with the front office, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Spread the Joy of Mama Shelter: Share your positive energy and hospitality expertise to create unforgettable memories for our guests.
