The Ideal Candidate will have
Develops, and implements process:
- Work across multifunctional teams and collaborate to meet EHS goals.
- Ensure compliance with all Oracles standards, local, federal, or regional statutory requirements.
- Reviews, and thoroughly analyze EHS documentation.
- Have a track record of large-scale service accountability from multiple jurisdictions.
- Candidate(s) must demonstrate a strong ability to navigate rapidly changing work scope and the ability to lead EHS discussions with experience and expertise.
- Support notification, reporting, escalation, and resolution of EHS risks, incidents, and findings.
- Experience and working knowledge of Data Centers preferred.
- Familiarity with health & safety practices and/or regulatory compliance preferred. and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and preference for a Masters in health and safety, industrial hygiene, risk or associated science fields
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in data centre construction required
- Candidate must have at least one certification, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technologist (CHST)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in interpreting and implementing standards, and processes.
- Mission Critical project delivery
- Ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones and countries
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Project and relationship management skills
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, consistent change, and strong critical thinking skills.
