Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions from conception to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Oversee venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional materials
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Supervise event setup and ensure smooth execution
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Ensure compliance with UAE event regulations
- Must know: Event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for budgets, PowerPoint for proposals)
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin)
- Gather attendee feedback and prepare reports
- Analyze event success metrics (ROI, engagement rates)
- Maintain event archives for future reference
