The Events Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of end-to-end event planning, from venue selection and logistics to budget management and onsite coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events from start to finish.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Manage event budgets and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts and themes.
- Oversee event registration processes and provide onsite support.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in successful event planning and execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to commute to Sharjah and as required to Dubai.
- UAE driving licence and car
