As Events Manager, We Rely On You To
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of all local events, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and objectives.
- Oversee the entire event cycle, from initial inquiry through to post-event evaluation, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including catering, décor, and audiovisual providers, to deliver seamless events.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings without compromising guest experience.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the events team, ensuring performance targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively implement measures to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence by ensuring every event reflects the company’s values and quality standards.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an equivalent role within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously to the highest standard.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to take decisive corrective action under pressure.
