Job Description
- Implement merchandising strategies that optimize product visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement attractive merchandise displays in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure products are arranged logically and attractively on shelves and other display areas.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishment.
- Report any stock issues, such as low inventory or overstock, to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Utilize customer feedback to refine and enhance product displays.
- Track the effectiveness of promotional activities and report on outcomes.
- Execute in-store promotions, special events, and seasonal displays.
- Maintain availability, visibility, and accessibility of products with updated price labels.
- Ensure all merchandising activities adhere to company policies and health and safety standards.
