About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the construction and engineering sector for the role of Executive Secretary, based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide top-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize accordingly.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain office systems, files, and records.
  • Act as a liaison between executive management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with office coordination, document control, and logistics as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar executive-level administrative role.
  • Strong command of English & Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal communication.
