Expansion Program Manager, AMZL

Description

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive global program expansion that enables our vendor partners to scale last-mile delivery recruitment across emerging markets. This critical role will own the integration of core programmatic elements and guide local teams through strategic adoption, working collaboratively across international teams to expand our delivery support infrastructure.

Strategic Project Management:

• Manage competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible while maintaining a comprehensive approach to less urgent initiatives
• Develop deep understanding of diverse work streams and stakeholder motivations
• Write and review robust business cases using comprehensive stakeholder insights
• Prioritize work streams with maximum timeline impact and provide timely status reporting
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Demonstrate a sophisticated management approach while remaining hands-on, ready to resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Navigate multiple project roles - supporting, leading, and escalating blockers to drive project growth
• Maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with critical milestones and go-live objectives
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Obtain and integrate stakeholder feedback
• Compile strategic white papers
• Conduct monthly business review processes to ensure transparent communication
• Produce high-quality documentation that facilitates strategic decision-making

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in a new unit business or a startup
• 6+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Logistics, or related field
• 5+ years of international project management experience
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional global initiatives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Experience working with product management or overseeing technical integrations
