Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and finance, ensuring smooth export operations and sales coordination. The role requires excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills to manage inventory, shipping, and business intelligence reporting efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory forecasts by SKU, ensuring stock availability while preventing shortages and expired products.
- Exports & Shipping Documentation: Prepare and coordinate all export documentation, ensuring ETD and ETA timelines are met with 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Sales Support: Assist the NBD Manager and country sales teams with administrative tasks to streamline sales operations.
- BI & KPI Reporting: Manage data interfaces, ensure data accuracy, and compile scorecards and reports for performance tracking.
- Coordinate with business partners, suppliers, and logistics providers to facilitate seamless international shipments.
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and financial requirements related to exports.
- Support finance teams in managing pricing, invoicing, and credit control for export transactions.
- Analyze market trends and sales performance to optimize forecasting and business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export coordination, preferably within the chemical trading or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of BI tools and KPI reporting is a plus.
