Facilities Supervisor

We are constantly expanding our market position with a future-oriented international business strategy. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to strengthen our Engineering team in Dubai, UAE Site- Acino Pharmaceuticals FZ LLC.

Main Tasks

• Act as the site EHS champion, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and GMP standards.
• Lead safety training, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of:
• HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, cleanrooms)
• BMS (Building Management System)
• EMS (Energy Management System)
• Water systems (RO, softeners, wastewater)
• Oversee third-party vendors and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support facility upgrades and energy efficiency projects.
• Maintain facility documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or instrumentation engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility and utility management, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in EHS compliance, BMS/EMS, and facility operations.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory audits.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA or building automation systems is a plus.
