Job Description
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Set up, clear, and reset tables as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Assist in preparing and presenting food and drinks
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory needs
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
